CHALLENGE Consolidate multiple e-newsletters into a single communication that offers timely targeted content for advisors and strengthens Charles Schwab’s position as an industry leader.

ROLE Creative lead; editor

SUCCESS After a thorough content audit and e-newsletter redesign, I now oversee a team of writers and designers in the production of a biweekly publication that drives loyalty and brand reputation. As lead editor, I manage the ongoing editorial calendar to ensure a thoughtful mix of content, as well as oversee the creation of all search engine optimized content.

I also manage the client’s LinkedIn presence, editing all content and coordinating a consistent experience between channels to reinforce Schwab’s role as an ally and advocate for advisors.
