CHALLENGE Create and execute a strategy for the “Interests” section of Wacom’s website, which speaks to potential customers through their interests, not the company’s own product lines.

SUCCESS To help Wacom achieve its goal, I created customer journey maps to illustrate the questions each of the six primary customer segments ask when coming to the website, as well as voice and tone treatments. These tools served as a guide as I led a team of writers to develop new and revised content under a very tight timeline.
